The staff and the doctor are professional, kind and patient! I was able to get a next day appointment which is great for me, since I hate planning and scheduling ahead of time. I ended up getting glasses and Lucy was very patient with me. I was there for over two hours trying different frames and asking questions and she never showed impatience or a negative attitude. She answered all my questions ( she’s very knowledgeable) took pictures and gave me guidance. I left very happy!
